  2. Oh yes should add that the wife and I went to a half flinders(ish) size island for the weekend to run around 50% of it.

    (We did the Oki Ultra Marathon http://www.stepwhere.com/maps/route/Okinoshima-Ultramarathon-50km-course )

    I have to admit I've never really thought about the issues of living on a small island until reading this blog. It makes the Oki folk more impressive to me.
