A day in the life...
Hmm. If I wrote nothing at all today, would anyone notice? We've cut the rest of the the wood up, I've worked, B's cut grass and vaccuumed. We had the visiting dentist around for supper, and I have 2 roos to butcher in the morning.
Cutting up a kangaroo must be a different experience until you get used to it. The parts being similar, but not the same, as the parts one is used too.

ReplyDeleteWe served Lamb Vindaloo as one of our specials last week-end. I explained the origins of the dish, Goa etc., then mentioned that we use leg of lamb.
A short while later one of the guests at the table asked "is the lamb off the bone?"
Is roo tail worth eating?
ReplyDeleteAm imagining a new version of the Somerset pie....
